Chuck (Bill) Norris had to leave work due to his oldest son was rushed into the hospital/surgery for a possible ruptured appendicitis. The Norris crew could use support with prayer, we will keep you all posted on his recovery.

Good morning all, thanks for all the thoughts and prayers. Here's the latest...Daniel is Doing well after the surgery he is uncomfortable but recovering, the appendix did not rupture as the Doc originally had suspected, praise God. He will be in the Hospital for the next 2 days for recovery. I just got home in order to take care of the animals and get Kyle off to School in a few hours. The one thing that has irritated me with this ordeal is my Wife took Daniel to our primary care doctor to have Daniel looked at. The receptionist stated that it was just the flu and that we were to just let it run it's coarse can you imagine what would have happened if we did that? Not feeling comfortable with that Daphne went to the local Solantic. The Doctor there diagnosed him and immediately made arrangements to get him to the hospital. I called the Primary Doctors office and vented about a receptionist performing medical diagnosis without a doctors consent...I am going to catch a nap and get Kyle off to school in a couple hours. again thanks for the prayers & I'll keep everyone posted.

Mine ruptured when I was 10. It was one of the most painful experiences. Glad he didn't have to deal with that and he's recovering.

I just returned from the hospital this evening after spending the Day with Daniel. He has made leaps and bounds in the area of recovery. I started out today reading this thread to him and he said thanks you to you all. We watched a couple movies until about noon when the Doc decided to remove all the IV lines and the cathider. He began to eat solid food late this afternoon and for dinner. We spent the day making small walks around the wing and riding the elevator up and down The Doc seems to think that with as well as he is recovering that he may release him tomorrow. Thanks for all the kind words and support
