As some of you guys know, we have been working on acquiring more property. Seemingly unsuccessfully. We are not ones to quit though and finally today, the sellers have signed a contract that we presented to them for the parcel directly to our East. Closing is set for April 30th. This is going to expand many features of the park. Our plans are to build a 1.7 mile long mx track (the largest we think in Fl), a 1,000 sand drag, Brady is going to build a 4 acre TT track, we are also going to dig a competition mud pit. The camping area is going to get expanded. The access will be enhanced as we will now lose 1/2 of Hike Lake Rd (the worst half too) as we plan on relocating the welcome center to the front. We are going to create a new day parking/competition camp area centrally located between the new tracks for the use of the event competitors. There is a massive swamp right in the middle of it for us mudders-swamp rats.  To the south of the property, there are many more dry trails, for general riding and our Cross Country Racers. Chino, you would love it & Jada will love the commeraderie between all the kids. Caitlyn would love to see her there. I had heard a rumor about this when the last thread on here about it being sold was rampant, I am glad it came to fruition. SOld Schmold  In a matter of Months the PLex will be the PREMIER riding spot in Florida HANDS DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!! (as if it wasnt already  ) |

I'm trying to get up there with some buddies. I rode AmericanRobster's Arctic Cat500 with the double seat, it was comfortable. Hopefully we'll make the next event.
Finances are still tight right now.

Looks like I'll actually make it to the next event next weekend. AmericanRobster is going to let me ride his Arctic Cat 500, and I'll be bringing my Jaida with her 110cc.
It'll be nice to see everyone again. Hope everyone comes!!
