I said ok maybe their out of something, another shot and same old story!! order is on back order!! The items were boots & helmet , & other saftey riding gear for my 4yr, who was really looking forward to riding her new bike. Next time I will pay altitle more for service!!

those places did the same to me 2 yrs ago at christmas. Then the bumper showed up 3 days before christmas & it was the wrong one for my sons mini quad. I had to scramble for a piece of aluminum & get a friend to wled the aluminum mudscreen into the bumper. It was the basic AC bumper with mudscreen. They said "sometimes the pictures arent accurate" These places dont own a warehouse, they contact the manufacturer & have everything drop shipped.
Rocky Mountain ATV or Dennis Kirk are my only sources. i have always got my order in 3-4 days & it has always been right!
These 2 companies actually have huge warehouses full of what they sell & they pack it & ship it usually the same day.

in all honesty i've found that cycle gear seems to have the best prices on that stuff. they are a chain and there should be one near you. you'll be able to take your child there to try it all on and pick out colors. great bonding time. get a refund and give them a try!

yea they are great but they dont have the selection that rocky mountain or motosport has (at least in their stores). ive never thought of ordering from them. i may check their website out. |
