Okay, I don't know about you, but I am pumped for this one!! These guys that put this race on have been to Hell and back. I hope each one of you trys to bring a new rider. I am.
This club hosted the very first QS and it was not good. There was a hurricane bearing down on South Florida and the quads were not too crazy about this new series.
Well thats all in the past now, but danged if this club didn't step up to the plate once again and are offering up another event for or series. Just shows the dedication to this series from them. Jimmy Benton joined them and has dragged Wayne and family into it. They will be sure to put on one heck of an event. A little birdie told me the course will be technical and I will hope it will be left at that. No need for anyone to be too descriptive and give anything away.

I stole this from another site

"We will be starting on the course first of April. Initial look at the property is "interesting" to say the least? Track is beautiful, with GREAT spectator areas! Food vendor should be lined up for the weekend. Track owners are counting on some people staying over and riding on Sunday. Nominal fee for "fun riding" on the race course. Keep youe eyes to the skies around Live Oak!"

So, there WILL BE A FUN RUN!! ON SUNDAY!!

I'm heading up there tomorrow after work and yes I'm very excited about this last two races, there are like 4 guys in my class (me included) fighting for the first place with with just 4 points difference between us.

See everyone at the track, drive safe !!!

My crew will be there. Points are still to close to miss one, not that we would miss this one. Luis, ride hard man those boys are breathing down your neck. Brian, did you hydrate real well this time? By the way, exciting points race going on with the teams. Ya'll better watch out next year, we're putting a team together to join the fun. Hope everyone has a safe trip, see you all there. Does anyone know how secure the Econo lodge is. Because if its unsafe we might be looking to leave the trailer at the race mabey locked up near someone who might cast a glance over at them every now and again. Jon

Men a big thank's to the hosting club(RCDR), they did a great job on the track, it was short but it had everything we have had a great race day. Good to see everyone out there, Kiser killing it . . . this guy is crazy fast, with Richard and the Pipers we had some of the fastest trail riders in the state.

With the points lead on my class still in the air, the last race of this QS season in two weeks down by Okeechobee will define it all.

Again big thank's to Jimmy and everyone else in the club to make this possible.

Man was that a short fun place..Thanks Luis we (RCDR) did our best with what we had with only 80 acres...and was it FAST...Taylor came by me pinned (as always) only a 1/2 mile in...

I bet he is as fast as his dad said "HE" was!! LOL Bow Drive Thumbs Up... I made a joke!!..OK back to the race...

anyway me being in the LAST row of the 3:30 race (and slow) I get to see ALOT of the front runners come by so it is sort of a treat...well yesterday I got a double treat....got to point to all up through most of the +30 B class "FREIGHT TRAIN" which way to go by me then I thought I could go fast again...well that was a MISTAKE!!!!!! going to fast into a double green (2 HUGE ass pine trees..yea the ones I insisted we double and go through) my raptor said "Dude what the hell..I ain't hitting the tree) so it politely throwed me off...thanks for the guy's who stopped to see if I was ok...I loved the commits of 2 guy's that was supposed to be there watching the double green...."leave here for 5 minutes and all the action happens"...."well I damn shore whadden ain't gonna give'm a replay"..so I finished that lap #3 I think and I was DONE!!!... I changed with help from my wonderful wife, which told me to lie down a little bit...hell no I want to see THE RACE...+30 B class so I took my medication got on the foreman an man you guy's was STILL turning and burning..I wish I was 20 years younger....

Jimmy Benton ...you are so missing out!!!!!

as the race was over we all gathered under one of the BIG OAKS and resounded about the race..Luis, Paul, Ken...the exhausted pleasure gleeming from each of your faces...Brian, face all dirty, snot running out your nose just knowing that you left nothing on the track except your ALL!!!!!!!

I know the gas crunch has hit us all and we all fell the pain but thanks to ALL 97 RIDERS that was able to make it and would like to thank Jeremy and his brothers at AMP EXTREME for providing us with a piece of property to have this 3 time rescheduled event..

Thanks Shawn Pratt for COACHING my wife down the steep incline at practice and Yvonne Williams....you go girl for doing the race and over coming your fear!!

And a special thanks to RCDR for allowing me and my family to be part of there wonderful club... for those of you out there that read this you are missing out if there is a club near you and you are not part of it...

we'll see all ya in 2 weeks
