i'm partial to yamaha myself. all my toys have been yamahas. jet ski's, boat engines, and for the last 2 years my bike. i got a 660 and have been more than satisfied with it. it has power to spare, rarely gets stuck. never broken down or broken anything for the much. it gets serviced every 6 months and washed about once a month. my girlfriends uncle has the 700 with power steering and it runs awesome too. performance they are both about the same, just the 700 is fuel injected and the 660 is carb. personally i don't like the feel of the power steering myself. just my 2 cents.

The 06 700 is a suzuki king quand engine and will take some $$(programmer[VDI], pipe, snorkels, clutch kit) to make it the same as the grizz. That is if you are mudding. they detuned(retarded) the engine from suzuki. that is the 700efi. Now the 700 H1(the new silver one) EFI is a WHOLE different story. That will whoop the griz in everything but easy steering. Also the plastic on the 06 700s are painted on and will chip but AC should replace with a different color if this happens.

I've always owned Hondas ,from the atc 90's to the Foreman .
Couple years ago a buddy of mine and some his friends all bought AC 650 h1's  and according to them all were happy with them.
I test drove one  and decided to wait a while and see how the Cat worked out for them . We'll 2 years later almost 1500 miles my buddy's still satisfied with the bike. Aside from  busted headlights (his fault),the bike's been great , pulls large tires with eaze , lots of torque.

I went and bought a 07 650 h1 and been happy with it so far , that said nothing beats Honda with regards to reliability IMO. By the way the H1 motor is a AC motor not Suzuki like the other models .

The Grizz is a better bike ,if you're willing to spend the extra $$$ go for it.
I bought my AC new for $6000 plus tax out the door , the new Grizz's were much more .

The other disturbing thing was that I spent the money knowing there are few places to ride. Bonk

Oh well thats another topic..... Huh
