I have my rancher snorkeled, But lately when i go in the water it starts to sputter when i come out. I have dielectric grease on the spark plug and i spray silicon on the coil and every wire i see.Is there somthing i may be missing or Is there anything else that you can think of that would cause this?

I had my Rancher snorkeled and it ran like sh*t. Are all of the vent lines snorkeled also? That might be the problem.

Yeah all the vent lines are snorkeled. I had this problem when I first put the snorkel on, then it stopped and i dont remember what i did. Now it is back at it again. I think that there is some electrical wire getting wet. there are four plugs up front under the hood area that I just remember i am goin to spray the heck out of everything with silicon spray and test it at MSG this weekend.

Some times you have to plug the carb drain, i fyou run for extended periods of time in deep water. I use a screw or golf tee. Water can cause the check valve to fail, if you still have one. Mine is an 2005 and the check valve has already fallen off.
Just make sure to unplug it for storage and transporting.
