Has anyone had any expirience with the aftermarket 4x4 disconnect, on a 350 Rancher? or other? I think Warn makes one. Are they worth it?

I have one of the warn 424's on each of my bikes. It makes it easier to turn and it is a lot more fun to ride. you can fishtail and what not and also have more fun in the mud. They are pretty easy to install and are in my opinion the best mod that i have made on my bikes.

Unless you can find one on E-Bay this is the cheapest.

You can't buy skill and you can't replace it.

I've installed at least a dozen of the 424's and none ever broke. I think it is a great product every full time 4x4 should have.

How are they for constant use in mud and deep water maintenance wise?

You just need to keep the cable cleaned and lubed, that is their only problem area. They are a great investment.
