Help!!!!cant post pics,tried download,did not work.

Hi guys,I tried the download on the site,but I have Vista can this be the problem?? Please some one  HELP!!!!!.I got a pretty shiny boat,can't show any one Thanks.

1.   go to www.tinypic.com

2.   Under "Upload images and videos", click browse

3.   Then select a file(pic you want) and then click "open"

4.    Now click "upload now"

5.    Now copy the code that is under "IMG code for forums and message boards"

6.    Now paste it in your post and it will appear like this:
