Bluetooth and cell phone help.

Hi, Ive got a Nokia cell phone and want to use bluetooth to transfer music to it. But it says in the Nokia Media Manager (or whatever its called) that it cannot use bluetooth cause Im missing some software, drivers, or hardware. I have some adapter from walmart to make my pc bluetooth compatible. it will connect to the phone but the Nokia crap wont. What am I missing?
