It's hard to see the pic good, but the red (if it is a flat head screw is the idle air screw. The yellow looks like the main jet. It could be the pilot jet or low speed jet. The way to tell is unscrew it. If it is really long and has a bunch of little holes going all the way around the long part that is up in the carb it is a pilot jet. If it is short with just some threads up in the carb with one hole through the middle it is the main jet. Also the needle goes down through the main jet. Hope this helps.

Blue is the main jet          165
Yellow is the starter jet      32.5
and the one between them is the pilot jet  40

with a thin long screwdriver remove the main jet (the surrounding sheath may come with  -it's ok jet put it back with the new jet) put in the 175 main and screw it back in making sure it's snug, but now stripping it.

I keep your day job regarding the hand modeling, but the needle set up is right. After you run it wide open you should notice a difference in performence and throttle response. If there is any spot where is hesitates or "stumbles" you may need to move the needle clip up 1 position, but for our elevation it should be right the way you have it. Either reply here or give me a call and let me know how it went.
Now the next step is that intake  Grin.

You would be hard pressed to find a cleaner 2001. Yes I use a toothbrush to clean it. Thanks again for helping me through the jetting process. I owe you one.
