$7 gate fee, $20 race fee.
Memberships for Southern Flat Track League now being accepted. Series fee per class is $25. You can pay via Paypal. Make payable to
PowerbandPerformance@earthlink.net. Numbers are being assigned on a first come first served basis. Please see the website for rules and procedures before you come to race.
The Ocala Thunderbowl Speedway is being re-surfaced now. Due to the great expense to make the racing surface better, a "no-knobbies" rule is now in effect (except for Peewees). The majority of riders were already using flat track tires before the track closed for repairs. For anyone else please check ebay if you prefer used tires or you can purchase them new from
WWW.RonniesMailOrder.ComFlat track tires are required on the rear in all classes (except Peewees) and are required on front and rear in the Open class. If we are able to add tracks to the series that do not have a tire rule we will, but as of now all of the tracks we have inquired about are meticulously maintained.
