People from Michigan, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Indiana and Florida. All together to help out a person in need. You just cannot beat this off road community. Thanks everyone that has donated. I do not know Jennifer, or never heard of her until Budman posted this story, but it looks like she is gonna get a prayer answered. Now if the mortgage company will work with her. Any other members from other states wanta join in.

I'm hoping her mortgage company will help her too. I noticed in the video of Jennifer on the news her mortgage co. was the same as mine. I'm negotiating my interest rate right now with them. I know Yunt2 will bash me. I'm trying not to refi right now because the market rate on my house has slipped about 20k. I'm trying not to add another 9k in closing fees on to my equity. They told me today as long as I'm paying my payment I have today they're willing to work with me for 2 more years. Just got to do a profit/loss statement and hope for the best. None of these lenders want the homes back. A realtor friend told me it costs them 50k to repo a home from the time they file legal papers to taking it over. The lady told me today they want me to stay as much as I do so they will help you. Hopefully this will put a ding in Jen's debt.
