me and my buddies still havent gotten our green registration stickers yet and we would like to camp at big scrub soon, can you get away with it? i've heard phase II areas you dont need a sticker,this true?

Just go get it. It's only a few bucks unless you didn't pay your sales tax when you got your bike. By having the sticker and a copy of your title when asked for it will cause less problems with these rangers. I'm having a copy of my title shrunk down some and laminated so it fit's under my seat. That way if I get stopped I got it all and I can be on my way.
