Thinking about buying Land it's zoned " A/RR; pasture ag land"

I am thinking about buying some land the price is right. What to buy the land now to use in the future for my dad and I to run a small farm. We would have 2 houses and a barn. It's about 15 acres. Does anyone know how I can find out what A/RR means? and will I have any trouble building on the land?

check with your city -planning & zoning to see what the land use is zoned for. Sometimes you can get a variance & change zoning lots of work.
