A lot has to due w/ carbs.
Your carbs need  tuned IMO.

Sounds like you got good compresion, get rid of the TORS, www.vitos.com has a removal kit for cheap, I seen some banshees run pretty good w/ stock carbs jetted & needled correctly.

Once it's dialed in, you shouldnt have any probs. mine has never let me down, my Banshee's (3 of them) starts at least by 4-5th kick when cold, & usually first or second kick when warmed up.

You gotta get it tuned correctly, even if you have to take it to a shop, preferably a shop that runs/owns a Banshee.

If you register to www.bansheehq.com I bet some guys will help you out.

you need to know what jets & clip position your carbs are in though, & get rid of the T.O.R.S. , thats the first thing people do to a lot of Banshees

ya i'm on bansheehq..and i discovered all is fine with the bike..just the choke is trashed..i cheked that line between the 2 carbs and its fine..my choke can basically be pulled all the way out..and when it starts after 100 kicks..the choke makes no difference in idel..normally when the choke is turned off the idle slows down..my choke is dead..it does not function at all..i am trying to start a 2 stroke with no choke..cold..it is almost impossible..i just need a new choke or the o ring for it

the best thing you you can do is find someone that some what close to where you live that can go though your carbs and tune it no offence but it dose not sound like you know that much about carbs

Wake, He'll reply back, I bought a Banshe from him last year, he builds some bad Banshees, fastest one in the state I think.
Super cool dude, can learn a lot from him, bring a note pad.

I don't know anything about shhee's compared to this dude, except to ride them.

You choke went bad? Oh no, it's toast. Time for a triple cylinder motor, lol.

Sounds to me like you at least got it narrowed down to your carbs.

I would get a book if you haven't already, most dealers have them in stock, call around till you find one,
take them apart one at a time so nothin gets mixed up, get a couple cans of carb cleaner from advance, make sure the cans have the little red spray nozzle spray all the carb parts, all the jets, everything real good, it only takes 1 piece of dirt inside there to cause a problem.

My TORS is disconnected at the plugs that go into them at top of carbs(1 plug for each carb) disconect both plugs & wrap them in a knot to keep outa the way, I think thats all you have to diconect, try it, if it starts then thats all you have to diconect if it don't start then you might have to diconect at the little black box, but I don't think so,

go back to ww.bansheehq.com & type in TORS removal & will tell you better than me.

TORS are known for giving banshees a lot of problems.

Clean your carbs on a clean bench, use some little plastic containers so you don't loose anything, if you have an air compressor, bow out the jets, make sure you can see thru the little holes real good.

I'm in Tampa, don't know where you are, if your close i could help.

You mighta fixed it by just messin w/ the choke.

im in broward so ya..but i hope i fixed it by screwing with the choke..i just think that if the carbs were deffinately needing cleaning then my bike wouldnt even run right..but it ran great the other day for about 3 hrs..not one lagg or sputter..so maybe i fixed it with the choke..i'm going to keep trying to start it cold and see if it works..

it might have not seated right or something an is like sucking in air or something, just keep trying to start it every once in awhile when it's cold, try an kick it w/o the choke on and then try w/ choke to see if it starts right up, if so then your choke works good
