O.k . to keep it simple and safe here are my suggestions
1 . If any one has some spare poster board " science project" we need 3 signs that state the guidelines .
Please use north end of pit for drag racing with the track running east to west .
Please use the next portion of the pit to the south including the small group of pines for the sport quad race area , crossing the pit from east to west going somewhat towards the drag area .
The next portion of the pit to the south would be for the 4x4 and kids .
Do not enter the race area unless you are going to race .
Please do not exceed 20 ont the perimeter road around the pit.
We need flags around the perimeter of the drag and sport track that the minis are not to cross .
This is only a suggestion , I am not trying to force my opinion on anyone . We need to take care of this issue before the ride.

Do not ride on hard road unless absolutly necessary.
Slow, Slow, Slow in the parking aera.
But then both of these should be common sense.

After a kid being flown out , I'm sure it made the local news . Not much goes on in that area soo once the word gets out to the local " ticket writers " we are in mass I'm sure we will get alot of attention . If we all agree to set a simple S.O.P. for the pit area we may have a chance to have a good day riding. If we show no organization it could be a somewhat harrassing day . I thought that we could prsent ourselves as somewhat of a club that shows a large amount cooperation , not just a bunch of quad riders coming in from all over to pillage and plunder . I really dont know if the officers have the power to close the pit because of too much traffic .
