UP DATE ON COLLIER TEMP. ATV PARK

I E-MAILED THE DIRECTOR FOR PARKS AND RECREATION,INQUIRING ABOUT THE BOARD MEETING.(THRE WAS PERMITTING ISSUES)  I WAS TOLD THAT THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISIONERS APPROVED THE RELATED ITEMS, BUT THE ATV PARK ,"WAS STILL A FEW WEEKS AWAY"  SO THERE IS SOME LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL IN COLLIER COUNTY FOR ATV RIDERS.

it's supposed to open in about three weeks. Here's the link for the job opening for a "temporary" Park Ranger-ATV PARK in Collier County.

I'm very happy to see that this is finally a reality for us, but i'm also extremely disappointed that no one gives a crap and expects everything to be handed to them. Fight for what you want, and don't expect other to do it for you. This opening is a reality thanks to the very, very hard work of a few individuals and ATV clubs.

I e-mailed the head of parks and rec last week. Still working on the permits.....
