i just got a 1997 mercery grand marquis, and i got it painted and had dual exaust put on it. and was looking to put cop rims on it. i was looking for the black one with the silver center. any info on where to buy a set would be great.

I have a plastic badge from when I was 5 I will sell you for 5 cents. I also have a plastic pistol with the red tip that shoots caps and a strobe light you could paint blue... 2.50 for both .... I can hold them while you save up your allowance. lol

Those are steel wheels, they are the cheapest rim you can put on your car and probably the easiest to find out of all the rims they put on those cars. Call up an LKQ or something. They have an ebay store and a website...
