1.How many quads do you own? Between Susan & I; 2 sport quads, 1 4X4 utility quad &  2 dirt bikes.
2.Does your family ride with you? Whenever we can drag them with us; The teenager is boy-crazy.
3.Approximately how many miles do you drive to get to your riding spot? 90 or so.
4.Would you have purchased a car or otherwise more fuel-efficient vehicle if you didn't own quads? nope. Need a truck.
5.Approximately how much do you spend on a weekend of riding (ex. camping equipment, food, fuel) depends; if we just take the truck up to the farm (where most of the toys are kept) it's only the cost of diesel - IF we're taking the toy hauler, then there's also gasoline for the generator & fueling station, food, drinks and mostly TIME.

thanks guys, I have 33 responses so far and some interesting numbers.

I have really been surprised by the number of people who would NOT give up the truck if they didn't haul stuff,,,,,,that was my ONLY reason for getting a truck was because I was gonna buy a quad later and knew I couldn't do it with a Taurus ;-)

agreed, but I could always borrow my dad's truck if I needed one, or put a trailer hitch on a car and haul my lightweight trailer for other stuff.

just my way of thinking that's all.
