Read this and tell me what u think we impounded this guys car and u should have seen the way animal control handled this this dog wasnt mean at all and when we walked to the car after they arrested the guy the dog was still in it and animal control yelled at us to stay away from the car my dad nearly went to jail himself for whoopin the animal control guys arse but they put the thing around the dogs neck and yanked him out of the car and choking the poor dog and threw him in the truck it sure was wrong how our county handled the situation buy anyways read these and see if you feel the same way i do

It will be happier if the charges are dropped. Wrongful DUI arrests seem to be a common thing in Polk County. Randy Wilkinson is going to be on an episode of Inside Edition about his wrongful arrest for DUI.

yeah my dad was with him that night putting up signs and dropped him off at our shop 30 minutes before he got arrested that night, he was wearing one of my dads campaign shirts in the video of his arrest as well but the stupid thing about this incident with the dog is that the guy wasnt even charged with the accident somebody rear ended him and pushed him into another car

  I'd like to see what happens when he's aquitted. Does anybody get repremanded for what they did to him and his dog?
   They couldn't arrest him for D.U.I, so they throw a bogus charge on him to cover their azzes!! This was not justified.

Humanity still exists on this planet for Man and animal because people like Dinkins and the Shirah family still believe in helping strangers who cannot help themselves.  Thank you for being Human. How can I pay the $200 Gould still owes Dinkins? It would be an honor to be a part of this wonderful act of kindness.
