Spot In Melbourne off I-95

What's this place called? My buddies have talked about riding there in the past. And my friend was driving past there on I-95 about a week ago and he said he saw people riding there. Is it a legal spot? From what I've been told it's kind of near the flea market.

yeah but its a small area the until the water goes down and you can follow the road to the end and theres some good riding out there

The water was deep the last time I went out there, but it is a pretty cool place to ride when it's a little more dry. I still haven't tried up at the Scottsmoor exit yet. I've heard that's a good place to ride.
