Fruity Acres - West Palm Beach
«

This is a plea to the riders in fruity acres in west palm beach to respect their neighbors property. I was outspoken towards several riders who were running through the yard of my family's property. My request that they stop has been met with my home being paintballed.
LOOK, I don't care if you ride on the streets. I don't care if you ride on the universities vacant land near Jog road. I only ask that you stay off of your fellow residents yards. People in your neighborhood are trying to sell their homes, trying to rent their apartments or trying to just have something they call their own, a home. Why destroy anothers property? I am certain that if one defaced and disrespected your property you would respond the same.
This is NOT an issue to be decided by police. I know what it's like to be harrased by the police, and I have never reported anyone to the police. This is a neighbor issue. Respect your neighbor and he will respect you. Disrespect, and vigilante justice can be cruel....
I enjoyed my big red ATC during most of the 1980's. I haven't rode since, but still consider myself a rider. One thing I never did was use my vehicle against my neighbor. I knew they would kick my @ss.

I think it is great you post this instead of calling the cops. I am not familiar with the area, but I think it is is crazy that a lot of people do not respect fellow riders/residents. If it is someone on this website I would be very dissapointed in them. Our website tries to promote legal and safe riding in all locations.

Welcome to the forum, even if it isn't under the best of circumstances. I'm not in your area, so I can't offer you any advice except setting traps and vigilante justice usually does the victim of the injustice more harm than good.
If you have issues with neighbors and reasoning with them fails, it is best left to law enforcement these days.
When you see an off road issue to be voted on, say yes to give them a legal place to ride...and dig that big red out. One of my all time favorites!
Good luck.

I know the area. It would be safe to assume that the offenders will never see this post.
Good luck with your problem and welcome to the site.

It's always a bad apple that ruin's it for the majority that are respectful. I'm sorry for your problem with those idiots. I commend you for trying to deal with this on your own, but unfortunately it may need to go to the police to correct the problem and not make yourself a target for retaliation.

It is the idiots that do stuff like this that ruin it for everyone else.
Heck if I where you, the law enforcement won't be able to much without proof anyway, I would get me a couple cameras and put up at your house. It may cost a little, but to catch the a/h doing this is priceless.
Good luck, and I hope you find the idiot.

good job not calling the gangsters at PBSO.They would not help you in the least. They only promote their gangs and careers. If asking nicely doesnt work then you may need to get their attention more vigorously.Sometimes if you find out where they live ,you may find the parents are not aware of their kids behavior and will help you deal with them.

Did you get beat up by an officer of the law sometime in your life? I have never seen someone so anti police in my life. Every post you make is usually with that same theme. Cop seize your bike for trespassing, or riding like an idiot on the street? Did you lose your license to a DUI?
Give these guys a break, they deal with real scum on the streets every day, so YOU don't have to, and will be more than happy to help YOU out EVEN if you hate them.
You have a problem with firefighters as well, sheese man.
Tell your story already. I for one am sick of seeing you bash LEO's for no reason.
BTW: That long key at the bottom of your PC's keyboard is there for a reason, learn why already.

I was raised in Palm Beach County, Graduated from Lake Worth High School. I have done a lot of stupid stuff growing down there and I dont think that the entire Police force is as bad as he makes them out to be. I also have 2 friends who work for the Police Department and they are stand up individuals. But then again if you live a life of crime and are the one wearing the shiny braclets when the police visit you then I guess you would perceive them as bad guys.

You're a jkass. Not all LEOs are the way you perceive them. Remarks like the ones that you make on this board are only job security and will take me to retirement with full benefits for life.
BTW, what do yo do for work? Inquiring mind(s) would like to know.
