For those who didn't make it.... it was the best show since the formation of the SFTL. We had 60 total riders,
8 of them being Gadgets. I don't think there ever has been 52 bike/quad entries before! I'm my opinion the two best races to watch were the ladies with the #1 bike of Lauren Melo and the #72 bike of Lisa Cabana those Ladies flat out rival any of the Intermediate Riders and I would hate to say... some of the Open class as well.

If we could get the other ladies to join the league it would be a great class to watch weekend and week out.
The Open class was very exciting as well! As usual Bud Chancy and Dave Ware were leading the pack but this time there was a new arrival.. The #25 bike of Bill Scott. The guys swapped places back and forth lap after lap. Even going three wide into the corner tire to tire. Bud ended up pulling Dave by a nose! I cant think of any words other than AWESOME!! There were no wrecks other than a peewee M/C. She got into the marbles and broke it loose. I spoke with her Dad and she doing OK. On a personal note, I'm very proud of each and every rider. There was no problems, no controversy. The owner has invited us back to a Saturday night race (no cars that night) and he said that now he knows the kind of surface we need, he will smooth it out completely. He said he would promote the race heavy on his end. As a last note, As most of you guys know my wife was in the hospital Sunday and couldn't make it to the race. Liz Sisson jumped in and helped me out a ton! Again, thanks Liz.
This is the combined members/nonmembers finishing orders. The leagues website will be updated with the leagues results.
