North florida motorcross near hilliard on US1 and The Dirt Farm in Folkston Ga are 2 to consider

We Ride alot in Oseola NF out by Lake City...also belong to the River City Dirt Riders that have 300 acres out off of 121 in McClenny....as far as right here in J'ville...good luck!!!!!!!! all the good places have been posted due to idoits getting hurt wearing NO helmets

you can go to the Oseola National Forest web site and see the areas you can ride....lot of trails and not near as crowded as ONF

It is a really good place to ride for the sport quads. It may be kind of dusty right now from lack of rain. There isn't much in the way of "mudding". There may be some holes to go through but you probably could go around. Lots of different places to put in at. I usually go right across from the columbia county corrections where it has a sign for "Quail Management Area". Once you cross the tracks you will see some places to park. You should get in touch with Tom Sweat at the Baker County extension office of Hwy 90 in McClenney.  Your property seem to be close to the area Baker County is developing.  Perhaps your group can work with him.
