Well I came hope Friday from work to find my wife doubled over in pain and now we have spent the Weekend in the Hospital and she is a few ounces lighter. My hat is off to her and all you Moms out there... playing Mr. MOM this weeknd has been a tough task, especially with a bum Leg.  I cant tell you how much great friends mean in situationns like this, we are very blessed to have the friends annd family we have as most of you know its been a tough 2 years. Sherry is resting now and she has a demeral on demand pump (im trying o figure out a way to hook it up to my knee  ) the surgery went perfect and should only produce a 4 or 5 inch scar. I am hoping to bring her home Tues or Wed. My Mother came home from Mt. Dora and she is watching over Colton and Miranda when I am here with Sherry, What a God send She is. Anyhow thanks for the prayers sent from the ones I talked to on Sat. QT, Carl, Ricky, JackL..I hope you all had a great time @ the Ranch  it may be a few more weeks before I can get up there again I have to put off my knee surgery another week or so.  Spelling??? not sure I am tired  Swamp |

Wow, hope all comes out well for the Donkey family. Hate to hear that your wife had to have surgery. Take good care of her as she will be the one taking care of you when you have your knee done. Praying for quick recoveries.

Pray she has a quick recovery, it's seems though you had a good support system. And thanks for heads up on the mom thing, it is a tough job. My prayers our with you and your family.

Hope for a speedy recovery for your entire family Well, yea we have had a tough two years but God will only put on you what he thinks you can take. He must think we can take allot Colton....(our Son) almost lost him 20 months ago.... Our Angel...healed... you prayed. Eric.....(Sherry's Brother) Almost fatal Accident....healed...and again, you prayed. Grandma Sprague... (my Grandmother) Past Away...we miss her Ian....(my nephew) 20 years old....you prayed but God took him home..we miss him Evan....(my other nephew) Exactly one year after his brother passed..almost died from his appendix bursting...you prayed and he is healed. Cynthia....(my Sister)Ovarian Cancer, had a hysterectomy...you prayed...she was healed. Me....Knee surgery...put off for awhile...Sherry. you prayed so it will be OK Sherry...(my Wife) Well you know....and she will be fine. Tough Two Years...Yep...but we are so blessed. Thank you all for your support this Past two years....what and awesome sport we have. |

Just wanted to let you know was thinking of you guys, and yea you are right, prayer is awesome! I honestly feel you can feel it when everyone is praying for you, so just know we still thinking and praying for you guys. Hope she is feeling better. God Bless.... Let's not forget when you all prayed for Vickie... Cancer Free, and so far so good. you all prayed for my mom, when she had the scare with the biopsy with the brain. All test came back good.... THE POWER OF PRAYER!!!!! |

Glad to hear she is coming home, and will keep in my prayers for a quick recovery for yourself. And I know what you mean about riding, haven't been in two whole weeks, and can't you tell posting like a mad woman. Going thru withdrawals, lol. Going next weekend, if hubby dont have to work.....

Yea I was very happy to hear it was her appendix and not anything real serious..... when a woman says it hurts it must be bad!!! Us guys are sissies when it comes to real pain...I.E. LABOR pains is what she compared it too...OUCH!!! |
