Hi Again everyone...
We have been busy with fixxing all the roads at L-Cross it sure was a blast at the March event.
We are putting a 4-wheeler rodeo together for this event, so many asked us at the march event when the bikers rodeo went south if we could do one.
Well I am hard at work granting your requests... I may have found use of a atv sled for a pulling event. I have some mud classes in mind and some classes for all the show offs!
We even have classic rodeo in mind with pole bending and barrel racing.
I will be posting rules and regs. for these events on the website soon.
Have any ideas for other events let me know!

Heres a news flash from L-Cross
The ATV rodeo is a go!!!
The rules are posted on www.l-cross.com
All events have been posted for now we might have one other but i am waiting to hear back from green_grizz05.
We are going to level the mud hole and make it newish again so everyone can play!
We are digging new drainage canals and building new roads in and out of l-cross. When you come in you will make an hard left and follow the property line to a new gatehouse on the backside of the mudhole! This way we can get you off the major hwy and into the park. we dont like to turn people away.
New RULES have been posted on the website on the events page. We will be putting the rules sign up at the gate so everyone entering L-Cross will understand and know the rules.
We want to make L-Cross a safe and fun place to enjoy your off roading sport!

Hey J.D.
There should not be any motorcycles but we always welcome 4-wheelers, quads and utility vehicles.
The mudding trucks and buggies are welcome also.
The 4-wheeler rodeo is for atv's only, all classes
I have posted the rules and regs on l-cross.com for all who are interested in participating. Its something new and I am sure there will be some bugs to work out, but i think its going to be a great time for all.
We are not having a major concert so the crowd should not be that big.

Take it and bury in the mud like every one else.
There are not a lot of trails per say, until the trail rides open up a couple times a day; but there is room to play without getting in too deep. There are always a lot of 2wd sport bikes out there.

Hopefully Friday afternoon, but I'll definetly be there before Saturday.

I think I'm taking my F-250 with a big Gooseneck trailer with my bike and another bike on the back.  I'll have room for like two more if anyone's interested.  I also have a quad cab so ya'll can fit in that too.

Hopefully we can all camp together. I will be leaving early saturday morning.

Maybe Custom can stake out a large camping area for the cats, broward folks, and anyone else that wants to join. Should be a great time.

What time you going custom?

Mudmaster, whats with the 30.00 entry fee this time, for a major concert it's 25,no major concert and it's 30 Huh So does that mean for the next major concert it's going to be 35+ dollars......to bring a family out there,it's starting to get pricey

I am sure it will be worth it this time. Just look at all the reivestment that have done. Complete "faclift" to the mud pit. Construction of a new entrance to allow for easier access from the Hwy, New guard shack, doubled the available camping area, and most importantly created the ATV Rodeo. That is a lot of work and a lot of good things added. Thirty dollars is not that much for up two three days of good times. Where else can you go and ride all day and not annoy anybody like neighbors or the Law. The only real rule out there besides no glass or guns, is use commom sense.

Give it a shot, and you will return again and again.

Have you ever heard someone say they did not feel they got there money's worth. I haven't.

Hey wilburz
Who made the gizzoogle page?
I think its cool but its not mine!!!

As for the price changes, Its always been $30 for the weekend.
Those who come out should stay for the weekend.
If your only coming for the day, then sundays the day.
To many people have cheated the owners by coming in saturday and staying sunday for free. Those are the people to blame...

Hi everyone
This is to everyone who thinks l-cross is so pricey.
I have been going to l-cross since they opened and have stayed all weekend ... Its always been $30 for the weekend pass. The DAC event was a special for all those who came before and to those who have never been to have a great weekend and see what l-cross had to offer.
You get to camp out and have live entertainment on saturday nights. (which no one takes advantage of) there is always food vendors for those who dont cook in camp.
They have a four wheeler rodeo for this next event.
$30?Huh  Take your familiy to disney world!! $1400 for a familiy of four? talk about pricey!!!

Ya but in defense of disney world, you're getting a huge theme park and hotel room and you go maybe once a year.  Here, we're talking about an event we goto every month just to get dirty and play in the mud.  Don't get me wrong, I'm definetly looking forward to it, but I can goto the Holey Lands, camp out, get dirty, and party for free.

I don't mind paying $30/person but they should have a group rate for people that bring a family of 4 or more.  Maybe cap the entry fee's at $90 or something?  Or kids under 16 are free? or $60-$90 a truck load? who knows.

I agree that $ 120.00 for a family of four is expensive. I will be going this weekend as usual but I think that there should be a cap. If you think about it is like a four wheeler payment to go every month. We have a deed at River Ranch  ride, camp and have fun for free. It could make others not go to M,S&G and go to another places. It is nice to go to M,S&G and we like it. I have been reading many different posts on where people are riding this weekend. I have found that most people are not going to M,S&G. They are going to River Ranch(free or $ 20.00 for guest), Underhill's ($ 10.00 donation for the weekend) or Holey Lands (free).

Let's Ride.

We will be leaving in an hour. See you all there.

I agree that $30.00 is way to much to pay, especially if you are only going for the day. What a rip off. I went last month and only paid $25.00, that was pushing it. I guess they will still have plenty of people to show up though. After filling up w/ gas, getting beer, ice and food and paying for two people to go, it ends up costing around $150.00 just to go play in the mud. I think I will go somewhere else and ride.
