It is my understanding that a great line up is heading to Tampa around May consisting of Hank Williams Jr, Vansant Brothers,38 special and Lynard Skynard
with that line up that should prove to be one heck of a Jam session. The tour kicks off in huntsville Alabama

Fun Fact : Skynard was formed and originally called My Backyard, in Jacksonville, Florida in summer of 1964

 the only original member still alive are the piano player and and the one guitar player with the long black hair.artimus pyle the original drummer is still alive but dont play with skynyrd anymore.

Yes, but if you see them in a decent forum/arena, the difference you'll hear is BETTER musicians and a better show.

The wife and I just went on the "Give Me Three Days" cruise with Skynard and 38 Special. Great weather and constant rock and roll playing on the ships speakers. If you get a chance take a listen to a guy named Zake Brown. He's from the Atlanta area and is great in concert.
