This will probably be a hijacking but I have a few questions for cops.

Whats the legal tint amont?
Is there a limit to how loud you can have your music?
Horsepower limit in the state of FL?

26%

No set limit, when its to the point where its distracting other drivers and disturbing the peace

Horsepower limit - your a dumbass. There is no hp limit, and it wouldnt affect you because you will never get near anything that would be considered illegal. What makes drag cars not street legal are the same things that make them go fast, Slicks, no cats, etc

Good to see Im not the only one thinking this kid is an idiot

You can get away with alot of stuff in florida emmsions wise and I dont see too many tickets for slicks or bald tires but it is illegal. Slicks are dangerous in rain and are not DOT approved, drag radials are the stickiest tire you can run on the skreets. I think the rule is atleast 2 lines of tread or something

Check out the below links. The first covers traffic statutes, and the second off-road vehicle titling. Hopefully this will answer your questions.
