There right. I think it shouldn't be a law about helmates but you are stuiped for not wearing one. These scumbag layers have nothing better to do with their time except look on these sites and pick out every little thing they can find wrong with it and then when somebody gets hurt on lets say 5A or somewhere without a helmate then they can say that all these people don't ride with helmates and get the area closed down. I can see why the moderators take the pics off and i think they should keep doing that. Don't mean to stay on your back but i'm just reinforcing what they said...
