Did any one go on the trail ride Sat. night. It was terrible. We rode for about 5 miles stopped 6 times and were back in 25 minutes. There was only 1 small area of mud that was not even worth putting the bike into 4x4 with stockers.

That was the first trail ride I went on down there, it will probably be the last. Were the rides in daylight any better?

The pits were great. Lots of truck and bikes to watch. We had a great time desipite the trail ride.

Zin

We saw no mud like that. There was only a 25 yard stretch, through a small marsh. Needless to say we were dissapointed with that.

I wonder why they don't open more of the back area up? You can only go through the same mudholes so much.

Helmet this and helmet that, yea I know its not the best idea to ride with out them and so does half the other people on this site, but dont just delete our pics U need to look a around, there is no law to wear them on the street and there sure is no law that U have to wear them in the MUD. When we trail ride we wear them but going 10 miles an hour in the mud no. Cut us a little slack!!

I apologize NOS,I didn't realize that was you. We pull every pic that we see people riding with no helmet, or on the streets or drinking.Obviously we will miss  maybe 1 out of a hundred but we try to pull them all. The easiest way would be to not post them and then we wouldn't have to pull them. Read what it says under the photo gallery on the forums page.

Post your ATV and riding photos right here. Give our sport a good image. Photos depicting riders without helmets will be deleted. We reserve the right to remove any message or attachment deemed inappropriate. Thanks.

Seems pretty clear to me. Not busting your chops NOS mike and the other MODS do a great job. If it werent for my helmet this weekend  there is no telling what might have happened.

If we put these pics on a link of some sort and post the link with a warning, would that be ok?

yeah man..I'm gonna just send them to Steve. I was piszed off and deleted "all" of them yesterday. I'm over it now. I got a private message stating the reason for deleting was as to not let this site be a resource for "tree huggers" to gather amunition to help close down riding areas. Which is absurd. bottom line..its a rule here, i can respect that. But in defence of my getting annoyed.. riding on private land at extremely slow speeds in 4 ft deep mud, is not amunition. It may not be a good example for little riders tho, as it is my belief that thats whats happening here.. i.e. the powers that be have kids, and its hard to tell them to NEVER ride without a helmet, and then allow pictures of people without them on a web site where you practially live. I may be wrong.. but thinking this helps me to not get annoyed. CHuck! I'm truly glad you are OK. And the way you sport guys ride..helmets SHOULD be the law. I stopped posting MUdding movies on here cause it was objected to in the member section, and I didn't want to make waves. I got no problem posting my pics elsewhere too. This is a great site.. I've met almost all my riding buddys on here.. and theres quite a few now  Cool

cya on the trails!!

Wait,Wait,Wait a minute!!!! I missed a Polaris pulling out the all-mighty Brute? Now I know I missed a good time! It's official.... I hate weddings. They interfere with my mudding!

On the helmet thing, I understand the reason the mods have for pulling them. I don't necessarily agree, but it's their site, so rules are rules. There's a song my old buddies Zin & Nos surely know.... "You do your thing, I'll do mine... Cause I'll worry about me, you worry about you...."
