My dad ordered a set of pivot work swingarm bearings for my 05 z400 lone star swing arm. AT first we tried puttin them in at the house, and they seemed too big to fit, my dad then took it to his job and said he couldnt get them to fit, even after grinding down the swing arm. ANyone know if lone star swing arms take a specific type of bearing? I would really like to ride my quad again  Cry

I think you should have figured out the bearings before grinding the swingarm!

lonestar parts take lonestar  bearings  you might have screwed up grindin the swingarm to get factory parts to work. always ask for info before u cut or grind cause aftermarket parts aren't always bolt on either .takes some mods and that ain't always right either  good luck now
