Progress on bike.

as many of you know i was looking for some parts for my 2003 raptor. my brother wrecked my bike into a tree and managed to bend both of the a arms (see pics below)
so i order the a arms off ebay and get them shipped to my door ($110.00)along with my radiator fan ($60.00)which went out that weekend as well. so i jack the bike up and start working on the bike.
get wheel, shock, caliper and a arms off and start to replace parts. the upper a arm goes on and the ball joint goes in easier than it came off (luckily) and I'm smooth sailing. get the lower a arm on and ball joint goes is even easier than the first one. the caliper goes on with ease so not I'm thinking, cool, shock and wheel and I'm good to go. well when i put the shock back on I'm realizing that its bent too..... a couple of bad words and thrown tools later I'm trying to bend the mount on the shock back to its origional location........ not working........ so i think to my self well YFZ shock here i come. i go and talk it over with the old lady and because of Christmas and the abundance of money we spent were a little low in the pocket book. ok so next option is to replace it with a stock shock for the time being. its now 11:00 o clock at night and i shoot charlie at CDBMotorsports.com an email asking and hoping he has a shock so that my bike will be ready for my planned ride on the 17th of December. he tells me hes got one and for 62.60 total shipped to my door it would be here tomorrow. wow tomorrow thats like over night. cool i say and transfer him the money through paypal and i await the delivery of my new (used) shock.
one bad thing..... its not the right color. oh well one black on one red one is OK for a month till i get my YFZ450 shocks. so guys I'm trying like heII to get my bike back together so it will be a good ride. ill see y'all out there and i hope the brown truck shows up tomorrow (OR ELSE!!!!)
Wish me luck.

read your entire post on RaptorForum.com looks like a pretty extensive project. wow let me know how that bad boy rides after that. i might want to do all of that but i would want to port my self. i have a way of doing it where its time consuming but very affective. let me know how much everything cost ya as well.
