My Dad is considering purchasing his first ATV soon. He is more into a utility ATV compared to a sport ATV. He does want 4x4, a great ride, and not to pay alot of money. What does evryone think that he should get, and get alot of power for his money?

I was thinking more along the lines of Arctic Cat 500 4x4 Auto or a Yamaha Grizzly.
The Arctic Cat 500 4x4 that I saw was marked down $1,000 and the price of it was $5,000.
On the other hand the Grizzy 450 4x4 was $6,200. I want him to get a hell of a machine for the money.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Many Thanks,
Rob

Make sure he gets something with independent rear end. Most any name brand quad, he will be happy with but the rear independent suspension will give him the best ride.
