So this Broward Watershed Improvement District that got voted in.

Anything with the word watershed sounds bad to me.
Not that we have anything left to ride, but does anyone know
how this will affect us? Are they going to stop me from riding my backyard
when it becomes a 'wet weather pond' in the rainy season.

Dont know the specifics about the broward watershed,but i do know that they have Holleylands in their sights. There have been a couple of agencies asking questions as to why are atv's allowed. I also know, and this is for a fact, that there's a possibility the Miami river that goes thru Broward county could be filled in, then they are going to bury a large pipe from Lake O. and run it to Miami to provide potable water, then they are going to build a massive waste treatment plant in Miami and it will all be payed by state CERP money, so much for restoring the everglades. Make sure you keep an eye and ear open. Hopefully they will not be as bad as the "CRIME FAMILY'(SFWMD) we have over here, especially, if they are elected VS appointed.....
