Suppose to go riding this weekend, you know the whole weekend trip thing. Went to the store bought all the necessary supplies, yea including beer. Come home, start cleaning the motorhome, man that things got more leaks than I just don't know what... So the motorhome needs a little tlc, and that really got me down, cause I love my motorhome.  Then the boy's bike won't run, needs a new starter..... ah, ah, ah, I wanted to ride so so so bad this weekend.  Now I'm just friggin bummed, and yea, drinking some of the beer I had planned for the weekend, but man this, well you know..... I WANT TO RIDE, I WANT TO GO, but now stuck here for the weekend.  Man, I wish I knew how to work on motorhomes, and at the least drive one... I'd be gone like to wind...Want to ride.... Going thru withdrawals.... Cry

well cheropride, it can always be worse.  I wanted to go riding this weekend too but my girlfriend suckered me into some potluck with her girlfriends.  What the heck is a potluck anyways?  I must be the most unlucky bastid to have to go to one of these stupid things.  All this thing is going to be is a bunch of girls squaking about tampons, pap smears, summers eve, guy problems, shoes, clothes, gyno visits and kegal exercises.  I think I am just gonna go there, get drunk and light my farts on fire.  Oh well, I suppose I should finish up the cupcakes I am baking for it.

Dude I want your pet otter!  How much?  What if I buy it on the 'Rico' payment plan?  That otter of yours serves a beer w/ more personality and smile than most people I know.

Rico is out 'doing' a few penguins tonight.  He sent me a PM and asked that I let y'all know why he's not around.

Sleazy I'm sorry you are having to talk about feminine hygine tonight.  However, after the pic you took w/ Freak you seem that you might feel quite comfortable in that situation.

Chero-sorry about your weekend plans being ruined.  I hope those beers are good.  Definately learn to drive the motorhome.  I keep telling all the men on here that most of them are the id10t's that get hurt and need someone else to drive the toys home.  That they need to let go of their ego's and make sure their significant others can work the rig.  As for waterproofing.  Check out some RV sites w/ forums or ask the question on here about how to get that motorhome water tight.  Most people will help.  I hope your weekend gets better.

To make things worse the weather up there was perfect for riding this weekend. I went up to work on our camp and was annoyed I left the ATV home (was raining when I left).

dude, get some silver dollar roofing tar for that bad boy, mop it on, and your problems are solved.  Leave the kid at home with the spouse and bring your mistress-

Been so busy, and drank so many beers last friday, that this is the first time I actually read the follow-ups, too funny lol.

Yea, Saturday, after hang-over wore off, gave hubby more hell, then went to trailer supply and fixed the leaks.  Hell, it got me so fired up, actually cleaned the garage, got the 4-wheelers out of the garage, put hubby's race car in garage (hell, he don't drive it anymore anyways), so then was able to 4-wheelers in the big enclosed trailer, hell, aired out the tent (still can't drive the motorhome), got the trailer loaded up, ready to go now, just waiting on Friday.  Already, got food, beer, drinks, gased up the 4-wheelers....  You know what they say about a woman scorned....lol

So come rain, come shine, come sleet or snow, or come whatever, I am going riding this weekend.

Wish me luck, hope that Mruphy's Law don't get me again.... lol

...Next step, work on camp, so we can get motorhome to the camp and just leave it there, then I am really dialed in... Git-R-Done....

But seriously, thanks for the post, they are too funny.  Atleast you can say one thing about this room, we're there for each other when times are bad. And hey, Uncle Rico, man you let me down...  At least I got to see a few harp seals....

PS - Rico too funny, thought about you today.  Saw Christmas Cards with big picture of Baby Harp seal on the front.  May just order me some...  lol

Yes, it was a great weekend for riding, just went so fast.

We actually stayed in our enclosed trailer and freeze our butts off.

Decided that on Thanksgiving weekend taking motorhome up to retire on our camp.  Will be a long, hard ride to our camp, but so worth it once we get it set up....
