which do we prefer... going on a 2003 Raptor 660R. Renthal? ProTaper? or TAG X5?

I like fat bars. I don't care for the cross bar. If you get fat bars you need to get fat bar mounts.

Tag and Trail Tech both offer great bars with a cool dash to mount your key switch and lights. goldenwestcycle has some good deals on the Tag and trailtech.net for the Trail Techs. They both offer kits with dash/fat clamp and bars. The cool thing about the Trail Techs is if you do mainly trial riding they also offer a dash with a mount for their computer. That offers hour meter, speedo, etc.
Any of the brand you mentioned are nice bars. Mainly looks if you don't want the computer or dash to mount all your lights.

FLEXX BARS, once you get used to them you will love them, the only problem is that they are a little on the pricey side....

well i went with a set of Pro Taper 7/8 Mid rise bars. ill let you know how i like them after this weekend.
