There, I killed it off. Now those of you who do not like the fact that I am getting my boy into ATV's early does not have to look at such a "horrible" photograph.

my 6 year old brother is learning to ride in teh MUD now on my 400 4x4 and he doesn't have a helmet.  He can already ride up and down our street (we live on a private road with just our family).

I had photographs of me taking by baby boy for a ride for the first time in his life. I cought a lot of heat over it because some of the liberal members of this forum thought it was wrong of me to do so. So, I simply deleted the photographs. I would hate to subject people to my perfect babay boy having a good time.

Liberal huh? Thats funny. The bottom line is that pictures of riding without helmets are not permitted regardless of someones first ride, or utility quads in the mud or whatever else.
I think it's fanatastic that you're getting your child started at an early agae. My boys started at 4 & 5. However, my rule is they do not start their quad with a helmet on their head. A quad could roll over at 2 miles an hr so That is my rule. Post all you want , just make sure you have a helmet on.

I have no problem with safe riding. We always wear our helmets when ever we hit the trail or for a simple test ride around the block after I have completed a repair. However, this no helmet concern has been taking to extremes. Idling, my boy around the drive way with no helmet is no way as dangerous as some here has suggested. I will not keep my boy from doing things simply because there is a slim chance he may get hurt. He will not live in a bubble, and I put him in no danger by taking him for a ride. We were in more danger of having an airplane fall on us than anything else happening.

I never saw the picture so I really have no clue what was going on. I'm simply replying to the helmetless pictures.
