I hope they are not reading this because that would mean they are fellow ATVers and that would be just wrong. I seriously hope other ATVers just go out there to ride and have fun not steal.

no,i was parked down near pump house, cuz i was on north west side.....there were 4wheeler tracks around my truck and tennis shoe foot prints around my truck...BSO lifted alot of finger prints,,so hopefully with that, and have alot of friends that are in law enforcement i'll get them............next i'll be parked in main parking lot...........i have no doubt they'll be caught,,they just better pray the law gets them first..the part that sucks is i help everyone out there if i can, pull people out when they get stuck......i hate a thief,,i work hard for what i have...........but i won't change,i'll still help people out when needed cuz thats what it is all about.....THIS COUNTRY BOY WILL SURVIVE

Don't ever leave truck keys, house keys, work keys, $250 or anything of value in your truck @ Holeyland, ONF or anywhere else. Insurance can always replace the truck and/or trailer.

Hate to hear such news .

Its takes stupidity or big ba##s to break into some's truck out there where stuff can happen  to a thief and no one sees nothin' . This is unfortunately nothing new to the area , some may recall the days when people would leave campers or full tracks parked under the power lines during the season instead towing  home everytime. Well those days are gone , i know of one guy who left his buggy parked on the holey land side years ago during the season only to find the brake shoes stolen from the rear end.

Whats even sadder about this theft is that you know most likely it was another buggy owner that was responsible . I wouldnt feel comfortable leaving my truck on the levee for any amount of time , theres been too many incidents that we know of.

good luck

bft, was this during the day or night ?    When I go to Holey Land I don't trust no one.  I lock my ramp and gas containers all the time, and I also ride armed.

I had a simular situation happen at L-Cross.... Never again !

I put a hide-a-key on my truck & I put a spare key & remote to my alarm on my atv somewhere...

Sorry for your bad luck.... But I do live in Loxahatchee ( Near Belle glade) and I can tell you that if i'm not mistaken that gas station mentioned is the one that is on 27 just north of the 80 junction. But either way there aren't very many gas stations in Belle Glade.... Pretty small, ghetto town...

Just keep in mind that KARMA IS A B!TCH & I guarentee they get what's comming to them !

I went out there once and didn't feel safe leaving anything out in the open and now I see why. I also parked in the main parking lot and witnessed a few people doing doughnuts slinging rocks everywhere. It's those kinds of things that make it all the more worth while to buy property that I can go riding on.

Sorry to hear about the damage and property stolen I hope they catch the theif and you get to prosecute the bastard.

I'm glad you changed his name to RIP, because "Cupcake Butterfly" wasn't a good fit, and I feel it might have given him low self esteem in the long run.

But I'd take the pit bull over a VIPER alarm anyday.

I know Belle Glade and Pahokee very well. I was at work one day and heard gunshots and a girl was killed on the main road going into Pahokee. Whatever you do you need to realize that there are some very ill drug addicted people there. They don't fight. They shoot. They don't have the strength for a good fist fight and they know it. After hurricane Wilma went through I was cleaning up around one of my offices. While my son was helping me clean up, we looked down the street and saw a bunch of police cars following a lady walking down the middle of the highway with traffic backed up behind her. She was o.d. on crack. When the grabbed her and put her on the gurney she was crying out for momma. My son just stood there with his mouth open. The moral of the story is let the police handle this theft. They know how to deal with these people or person as they are used to it. They know they need to use force if you know what I mean. I personally am not against police brutality in an instance like this.

Sorry to hear about that BFT.  Here is the website to BERNER OIL. http://www.berneroil.com/. Looks like they are located in Clewiston. Can't figure out how they got away with more than $1,000 worth of goods. If you get any info on them from the Police, please let us all know. It always seems to be the nice guys that get screwed!
