The race is cancelled
The owner had permits to hold a few races a year there and at the last minunte the county decied that there is a clause they overlooked and he can't have the race. His lawyers are fighting it.
As far as the track, it was a private training track. The owner decided to bring in gates and hold events there. There has never been a race there. It is a hard pack track mostly., some sand . i heard it has changed a lot since we went out there. It was a few months ago. Overall it is the best track in FL I have been on.
