Anybody know about the ATV accident?

I saw on the news the other night of an ATV accident at Canevral Groves, and a man was seriously injured after trying to outrun the police.    Anybody know what happened or if he was anybody we know?  Sure hate to see someone hurt, but running away was d**n stupid.

It's a little late tonight, but I do have a friend that's a Brevard Co. deputy. If I hear something tomorrow I'll pass it on.

hmmm what kind of bike was it? If it was a warrior or ds650 i may have known him.

  Just a little follow up. I didn't find out what day it happened or who it was. What I did find out was apparently the rider had come out of some woods off Grissom Rd. near Discovery Church. A Brev. Co. deputy in a unmarked sheriff's truck lit him up to stop him. Apparently the rider didn't want to be stopped, so he took off. As he fled down the side of the road he hit a dip or series of dips and flipped his ATV, was ejected and died from his injuries. That's the story I got.
 It's a shame to run for something like that. What's the worst thing that could happen,a ticket, but probably a warning to stay off the side of the road or the property he was on.

It sucks that the guy got killed. I for one have never figuared out why people run from the law. The chanches of getting away are slim and next to none that you will get away. not only that it is called respect for the law.

Besides whatever opinion anyone gets from this incident.This
whole was another unnecessary tragedy.Yeah my butt still
puckers when a cop is behind me in traffic.What is the worst
thing that will happen?A ticket its not the end of the world,It
may be an inconvienance.i would rather pay a fine or go to
court at worst .Than dying because I did something stupid.
