That's off the first site you gave a link for, that's totally crazy and stupid.  It's hard to think that there are really people like this.  My life doesn't have the same value as some snake or rat, and there is plenty of room for more population, alot of states are very low in population.  The population in the U.S. is growing mainly from people moving in mostly also.
