What are you talking about? The YFZ shocks look good on it and YFZ shocks are better than 450R shocks.

umm the 450r shocks are better! but the yamaha shocks just make the yfz's or any other quad with them sit lower, because the honda shocks are longer than yamaha's shocks!

You are right Klutch, the YFZ is has the best stock suspension of the 450's.

Great looking EX. I've been thinking of changing my hood, can I ask where you bought the new plastics/hood? Thanks! Soon, the only riding in FL will be the track, so I'm gettin ready.

yes its for a 450r , i made it a litle more back because if i lwoered it so the hood is even with the plastic , itd be like over it at a different angle , the 400ex stock plastic is more curved than the 250r's.
go on ebay and search "250r maier hood"
and the only 1 u see there of a pic of the hood in a maier bag , for 53 bucks. thats the 1.he has plenty.
my ignition was hanging aronud in that pic , but ill take a pic of it tommorow , its right where it was before , except not on plastic(cuz yes , i DID have to cut that part off)its on this little metal thing by the bar clamp.
ill psot another pic tommorow
