Take I-4 and get off at the exit for hwy 46 (the Seminole Town Center Mall). Go left (west) on 46 and head towards Mt Plymouth. On 46 after maybe 15 minutes you will come to a light where the RD splits - go right and you will be on 46A. Take this RD up to 44 and make a left (west) and go all the way to hwy 19. Once you reach hwy 19 go north for a ways past the little town of Altoona and you will see the "Welcome to the Ocala National Forest" sign. Keep going maybe 5 minutes or so and you will pass a blue sign that says rd 445 and the next RD on the left should be forest rd 573 and a sign opposite the rd that says "Big Scrub". Make a left onto forest rd 573 and go about 7 miles and you will come to the campground.

The riding is mostly wide sandy trails. There are lots of whoops in many areas but as you venture farther away from camp the riding gets better. Be sure to stay off any numbered dirt roads when riding or you might get a $75 ticket as rangers are out on atv and trucks.  Have fun and be safe Wink
