Possible new track

I spoke with a good friend this week about using his land to build a track specifically for ATV's.  It a great spot, cant say yet.

I was wondering, how many of the forum members would like a track that was custom made for ATV's.  I would make it user friendly for all to enjoy, even the little ones.

I need some help,

What kind of dirt do you think would be best?

Do I make it a private membership only?

Do I allow dirt bikes?

Reservation only, limit the amount of people on any given weekend?

This is not for profit only for enjoyment and to pay for up-keep.

Both of our concerns is to many people, to much trash, and riders not giving the respect to the other land owners and staying in the designated areas.  Those are the biggest issues.  The property is fenced off, but you know how people can be.  A few screw ups and its closed down.

This is a very real possibility, if you really want a place to go with the family and friends where you know everyone, give me your input to I can show the interest to my friend.

He is a rider himself and would also enjoy you guys.

Flea, I am willing to help out as much as I can just not able to type that much on the computer, mabe if you set up a meeting place where we can discuss this further that would be great.
