i use photobucket, its easy and it automaticly resizes it for u...

If you have windows XP, down load the file Thrasher posted at the top of the photo section. It's the easiest I have used yet. All you do is when in my pictures, put the cursor over a pic, right click, select resize. You will get options of size, the smallest works best here, 680x480. It copies the smaller pic to the same directory you are in and renames it for you.

click browse and find the pics from whatever file they are saved in
click upload
the pick will now be in yur album
below the pics there will be 3 codes, use the img code
