i am in need of a lawyer who is knowledgeable to the atv scene. i have a problem with a local dealer. need to file suit. i took my atv to my local dealer they were to install new axle bearings. in the process of not following there protocol to do the process this is what they did to my axle...(see pic) then inform me I need to buy the axle... why the axle wasnt bad when it went in for its service.... so if anyone knows of a good atty please advise....

nevermind all yamaha is the greatest.... they did a good will on the whole process and fixed everything even the shops screw up... i love my yamaha..... Grin

GOO THAT THEY STEPPED UP, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN HARD TO FIND AN ATTORNEY FOR THAT, I HAVE HAD BETTER EXPERIENCES WITH TAKING THE DEALER TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT, I WON JUDGEMENT WHEN I TOOK CYCLE ACCESSORIES WEST TO COURT. [smiley=ThumbsUp.gif]
NO ATTORNEY WOULD TOUCH ME, THEY SAID IT WASNT WORTH THEIR TIME.

right on wit6h the small claims court thing i was just thinking an attorney to send a intent of lawsuit lettr would do all i needed... i called yamaha customer service they went to bat they will normally give every customer 1 goodwil

you better off take them to court then a lawer there are expensive at 200 and hour and up
