anyone have a certain thing they do before riding,
i usually make a cd for the road before each ride, dont know why........

WOW i could of used some super man stuff 4 weeks ago when i crashed and broke my coller bone......but ohh well
But i usally drink alot of energy drinks to get me hiped up for the races....i recomend drinking the new energy drink, nos, cause when you fart it gives you a boost

I start up my bike and get the boards out to put it in the truck and sniff some GAS and im woken up and ready for riding

i sleep, then wakeup, get dressed, then load up the bikes, then load up the cooler, then check the websites to see if anybody from anysites will be out riding that day, then i eat breakfast, then my dad and i head out to go ride, listen to music in the car, then when we get their i get dressed in my riding clothes and then i unload the bikes fill em up with gas and then go ride.
